HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN RECIPE 10 Chicken drumsticks ¼ cup Barbecue Sauce ¼ cup Soy Sauce ¼ cup Honey 2 tablespoons Hot Sauce ½ teaspoon Pepper 3 Garlic Cloves, grated ½ inch piece Fresh Ginger, grated 1. Mix all ingredients in a ziptop bag. Chill 6 hours-overnight 2. Pre-heat oven to 425°. Remove chicken from marinade, reserve marinade. Roast chicken 30 minutes turning halfway through 3.
